If you have forgotten your password, you will need to request a new one. HCS staff are not permitted to provide or interfere with the automated password process to ensure the security and integrity of your instance.
Go to the login screen of your 1CV instance.
Select "Request Password" under the sign in details.
The system will send you an automated email with a link to reset your password.
Click on the link, enter your new password, save and login.
