1Clearview holds and manages large amounts of your tasking, assets and operational data. Accessing this data for usage on a daily basis is easy within the 1Clearview framework. But what if you want to analyse that data? Compare 2019 data with 2018? Typically you will export the data into a spreadsheet and then filter accordingly.
1Clearview is now connected to the search tool, Elasticsearch and the business analytics visualisation tool, Kibana.
Elasticsearch is a highly scalable full-text search and analytics engine. It allows us to store, search, and analyze big volumes of your data quickly and in near real time. It is generally used as the underlying engine/technology that powers applications that have complex search features and requirements.
Once connected to Elasticsearch, Kibana is a suite of tools that allows compilation, visualisation and analysis of your data including powerful, easy to use features such as line graphs, pie charts and heat maps, all of which can be assembled in custom made dashboards.
As part of our recent updates, your 1Clearview instance is now sending data in real time to be stored via the Elasticsearch engine within our standard data safety protocols.
We are utilising Elasticsearch to improve existing 1Clearview features such as:
Personnel & Kit Availability
Transit Search Table
Personnel and Kit Status
Universal Search Bar
This is already resulting in improved performance load times and querying inside the 1Clearview platform.
Now that we are able to accumulate and store 1Clearview data in Elasticsearch. We can now offer you the ability to utilise the Kibana suite to analyse and view your data in easily manageable dashboards and visualisations.
Kibana is an additional service that operates alongside 1Clearview with dashboards that can be linked directly into your 1Clearview instance.
Users will be able to access all of their 1Clearview data and create visualisations, dashboards and reports from their own dedicated Kibana instance.
