Personnel Update
The personnel availability background software has now been upgraded. This upgrade has transferred the way 1Clearview manages your personnel availability and status to a new computing engine that will improve the speed that this information is calculated and available to add to a transit.
The Add Personnel dialog box has been upgraded. Similar to the recent Add Kit upgrade, you will also see some minor changes to the “Add Personnel” dialog box as this has had to be updated to the latest libraries. Any feedback on usability etc, visibility issues will be welcomed.
A new drop down will now allow you to select where you want to personnel who are available from offering multiple options.
To view personnel "Roles", “Credentials” or "Client" as a column, please click the 3 … to the top right of the “Add Personnel” dialog box
Selecting Personnel to add now solely consists of clicking on the person in line. This will add the person at the bottom right of the screen. You can continue to select multiple personnel at once, these will all add to the bottom of the dialog box and will all add to the tasking when you press “Add”
