Rich Text Email Templates
 
Email templates can now be customised and configured in rich text. This enables the user to format text and fonts for email templates and enrich emails beyond the previous standard template format
 
All users are advised to take the time to check and review their existing email templates following the release.  All efforts have been made to preserve the exact formatting of the existing templates but some re-formatting may be required and any severe issues should be reported to us. 
 
Email Templates as Checklist Items
 
The user can now set checklist items to be linked to a specific email template.  Clicking on the checklist item will automatically open the required email template. Pressing Send on the email when ready will then complete the checklist item. 
 
Kit Box/Item History and Membership Tracking
 
Until this release, tracking history has been specifically by the kit itself. As of today, all boxes and individual items now retain their own movement and membership history. 
 
Items or boxes that are re-assigned to a new kit or box will have this recorded under the "Membership History" tab in the relevant box or item screen. 
 
Tasking history will update accordingly based upon the box or items parent kit history. 
 
Kit Snapshot on Embark/Disembark
 
Historically, when viewing a completed transit, viewing the assigned kit would show you the most up to date view of that kit and not how that kit may have appeared when used on that task.  
 
In the kit item within a tasking screen, there is now the facility to view the status of the kit at "Embark" or at "Disembark."  This will display the full kit list in it's state at that time and will not reflect any changes made to the kit after that point.
